Service Agreement

By purchasing Leadership Development Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

1. The Service

• You are purchasing six months of 1:1 coaching support with Fiona Bicket, including ten coaching sessions.

• Sessions are delivered online (via Zoom or similar) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Optional add-ons (such as 360 feedback) are available at additional cost and can be arranged separately.

2. Payment

• The fee of £2,000 is payable in 5 monthly instalments of £400.

• Payment secures your place in the programme and is non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Scheduling and Attendance

• Sessions must be scheduled and used within the six-month period following your purchase.

• Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

4. Your Commitment

• Coaching is a collaborative process. Your progress depends on your active engagement, willingness to reflect, and follow-through on agreed actions.

• Fiona will provide guidance, tools, and support, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as promotion or regrading.

5. Confidentiality

• All coaching conversations are confidential. Notes are stored securely and will not be shared without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Limits of Service

• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or HR/legal advice. Where issues fall outside the scope of coaching, you may be signposted to appropriate support.

• Coaching complements, but does not replace, your institution’s HR processes or policies.

7. Intellectual Property

• Any materials provided (worksheets, prompts, frameworks) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold.

8. Termination

• You may end coaching early if you wish, but no refunds will be given for unused sessions.

• Fiona reserves the right to end the agreement if there is a breach of terms or inappropriate behaviour.

9. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By completing checkout, you confirm you have read and agreed to this Service Agreement.
