Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2025

This privacy notice explains how I, Fiona Bicket, collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit my website, complete a Readiness Assessment, purchase a service, or otherwise work with me.

1. Information I Collect

I may collect the following types of personal information when you interact with me:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number.

  • Assessment responses: your answers to questionnaires or scorecards (e.g. the Readiness Assessment).

  • Coaching information: notes from coaching sessions, goals, and action plans.

  • Payment details: processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe; I never store your full card details.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).

2. How I Use Your Information

I process your information in order to:

  • Prepare personalised reports and coaching sessions.

  • Deliver services you have purchased (e.g. the Career Progression Clarity Session).

  • Send you service updates, resources, and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

  • Improve my website and services through analytics.

  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

I use trusted third-party platforms to deliver my services. These may include:

  • Kajabi (website, courses, email marketing)

  • ScoreApp (assessments and reports)

  • Calendly (session scheduling)

  • Stripe (secure payment processing)

  • Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag (analytics and marketing)

These providers only process your data on my behalf and under appropriate data protection agreements.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
I use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to help understand how visitors engage with my website after seeing my content on LinkedIn. This allows me to view anonymous demographic information (such as job role, industry, or seniority) and, if I choose to run LinkedIn advertising, to show relevant ads to people who have already visited my site. No personal data is shared with me by LinkedIn, and you can manage your LinkedIn advertising preferences directly in your LinkedIn account.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR, I rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: when you sign up to the mailing list or complete an assessment.

  • Contract: to deliver coaching or digital services you purchase.

  • Legal obligation: for record-keeping and tax purposes.

  • Legitimate interests: to understand how my services are used and improve them, provided your rights are not overridden.

5. Data Retention

I keep your personal information only for as long as needed:

  • Assessment responses: up to 12 months after completion, unless you continue as a coaching client.

  • Coaching notes: up to 3 years after our last session, unless you request deletion sooner.

  • Financial records: 6 years, as required by law.

  1. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data.

  • Ask me to correct or delete your data.

  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

  • Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.

7. Cookies

My website uses cookies and tracking pixels for analytics and marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

8. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. I encourage you to use secure passwords and devices when sharing data with me.
