Back Away from Burnout

In this two part workshop (Tuesday 10th December AND Wednesday 11th December) I'll help you bring fresh understanding to the patterns of thought and behaviour that have led you to the edge of burnout. Then in the second part we'll make a courage based plan to back away from burnout. I'm not interested in forcing or pushing. This is about finding some empathy for yourself in this moment of exhaustion and overwhelm and then making a gentle but effective plan to start doing things differently.
