The Boost - One to one coaching

We work together for 2 sessions and you walk away with increased clarity, self awareness and a courage based action plan.

The price is £360 and that includes 1:1 coaching calls via Teams or Zoom, support between calls via Voxer (a free app like bit like WhatsApp) or email and bespoke resources depending on what you need.

This is great for when you need a boost of courage, clarity or confidence. You might be thinking through a dilemma, making a decision, unpicking an unhelpful habit or preparing for an having a challenging conversation. Either way, we'll use the calls to figure out what's going on, understand what has you stuck, decide on your next steps and make a plan that's based on courage rather than a, then b, then c type thinking. This is about making a plan you can feel confident in and stick to. 

The Deep Dive - Longer one to one coaching

For those ready for comprehensive support. Six months of coaching partnership with fortnightly calls, ongoing support, and additional resources tailored to your specific goals and circumstances.

This is a good fit for managers who are navigating issues in their team and want a place to talk everything through confidentially, leaders who are stewarding change and want support to hold steady in the uncertainty, people who are struggling with confidence issues and want to be brave.

The price is £2,400 and we can set up a payment plan or I can send a quotation if your employer is paying by Purchase Order.

Getting Ready for Your Next Grade - Group Coaching

This is for you if you’re a thoughtful mid-senior Professional Services manager in HE (Grade 8/9 equivalent/c.£45-60k salary range) and you want to progress in your career in the next year or so.

Doors only open once per year for an October start. 

This is a great programme if you're not getting what you need locally from your institutional L&D team and/or if you're ready to take your own career moves seriously. We tackle all of the things that might be holding you back, from drama in your team sapping your energy to the detail of how you answer specific interview questions. 

Application and Interview Preparation

I'm not a career coach in the traditional sense but I do sometimes support clients with applications and interviews for specific jobs. This is for you if you know what you want and just need some targeted help to get you there.
