Getting Ready for Grade 8 is a 6-month, cohort-based programme designed for Higher Education Professional Services staff at Grade 7/Managing small teams who are ready to step into more senior management.

You’ll join a small group (up to 8 people) preparing for the same leap and work through three phases:

• Clarity – a personalised Hidden Curriculum profile to show exactly what Grade 8/Senior Management credibility looks like in your institution, and how your approach measures up now.

• Competence – weekly calls and monthly masterclasses focused on the skills panels are looking for: delegation, resilience in conflict, influencing senior colleagues, and shaping culture etc.

• Credibility – sprint planning and hot-seat coaching to practise being noticed operating at Grade 8, so panels and senior leaders see you as ready.

You’ll also access a private Kajabi hub with recordings and resources, and bonus support to help you apply with confidence when the right opportunity comes.
